after having the car for about 4 months and gradually driving longer and further from home i went for my longest adventure yet of maybe 2 hours when i happened to stop and make a phone call when i discovered a problem.
i was able to get mg rover solutions to replace the gasket and then i set to work replacing the thermostat, radiator (which may have collapsed when i went down a questionable road )
