Basically as I'm sure y'all aware someone left there handbrake off and it rolled into my car causing a fair bit of damage as shown in the original thread .

Anyway off it went into my local bodyshop and awaited authorisation to crack on with the repairs which took nearly 3 weeks to come through.

Whilst it was in the bodyshop it was decided to bring forward my respray that was planned for later on this year, we decided on a colour scheme of Nissan Skyline white and gloss black wheels, whilst it was in the bumper was replaced with an LE500 one which I've not got the fog lights for yet.

Here's a couple of pics to keep people up to date, it's not finished yet and I've got a couple more tweaks to do including adding my MS black roll hoops and some white rim tape on the alloys.

Dan that is beautiful. :broon:

If I buy another F / TF I would like to get a white, preferably the Dover White, like the Vintage Racing SE.

Look forward to seeing it on the Border Patrol run.

Thanks, I love it and have always wanted a white car especially a LE but I couldn't afford one so that's why I've got a replica

Now I'm not the biggest fan of white cars. However, I'll make an exception in yours and Dusty mgf's case. Truly stunnning. :broon:

That looks fantastic :yesnod:

Spill the beans on the cost of the respray please. I need to figure out how much stuff I need to put on eBay to get mine done ;)

Thanks everyone :)

Tracy sell me your black dials ;)

As for the cost you're looking around 2k for a decent respray really, cheapest quote I ever got for a respray was 1k.

Who would have ever thought a reversing builder would generate such a good outcome.

A work of art.
