How to remove a snapped bolt.

I can't drill it out, snapped off flush and using a cold chisel gotten now where.
This is the Manual tension allen bolt I'm trying to remove.
Are we talking about the alternator? Not sure there is an adjuster allen bolt, so it may have been replaced in the past.
This is one of the problems of using easy outs.
Probably the easiest way would be to use the upgraded adjuster, bar that, you might have to remove the alternator and work on it off the car.

Manual tensioner on the timing belt.
I've taken the cam head off, cleaned out the piston heads, carbonated.
Awaiting delivery of the replacement parts, broke a exhaust outlet valve as well.
Replacing all the manual tensioner, so once new one arrives, I'll figure it out from there.
Hacksaw?? seems to have room for blade at rear, as can easily move backing plate.
