I bought a new one from B&G on ebay thirty odd quid delivered. I cut out the ond box with a rip saw, two cuts in front and top, didnt move the servo and used RPs advice from below. I used stainless bolts, nuts and washers.

These How To's are cracking!! I'm about to do this job on my TF to cure a leak - may I ask, did you fit a new foam seal as well as the silicon?

I just siliconed mine, both on my old F and my TF.
The foam gasket was still on the snorkel I bought, I just cleaned it and siliconed over it.

Personally I wouldn't use the gasket if using silicon sealant.

Cheers, im going to see if I can grab a new foam seal and use silicon as the plastic is slightly warped. Whilst taking it all off I noticed the bolts holding the unit in place were either loose or missing!!!
Also ended up giving the whole under bonnet area a thorough clean up
