Can somebody tell me what type LED's to use instead of the normal bulbs?

I've tried the Mirror & footwell lights as LED's before and reverted back, but may have another go if i can do the dash instrument lights as well.

Thanks
;)

Edit: Is it a T5 or 286 LED bulb?
