Only by swapping out bits inside the light and you would need to buy 2 headlights to get those bits anyway, although you might be able to pick up 2 damaged lights and salvage the necessary bits.

There is a mechanism to temporarily remove the kick up and flatten the beam, but this is just for visits to another country and won't pass the necessary beam tests for that country.

The mechanism is a simple switch that flicks over, normally i have to put something thin in to flick it over.can be accessed through the rear of light.

For a permanent change?
Sell them to me and buy some RHD ones or I will swap them for you.

RHD have a flap to cut the beam pattern not to change the dip. I don't know if LHD light have the same facility, don't know any TF drivers here in France.

As I said though, it is only a temporary holiday thing and would fail a permanent beam check.

To be honest, you could probably sell a pair of LHD headlights for more than a pair of RHD headlights would cost you. Plenty of people want to convert a UK car to take to Europe.

It is possible to take the unit apart but time consuming, the glue has to come out to get the lens off as the back is moulded. Then you will need to change the blanking plate on the dip beam.
I bought a broken light from eBay and took it apart to see if it could be done. I ended up destroying the unit and abandoning the idea.
LHD lights are around £500 a pair and they don't come up secondhand, search for local scrap yards but they are rare. If you find some I'll have a pair no problem.

...€450.00 for a single one! Crazy.

Scheinwerfer Hauptscheinwerfer Frontscheinwerfer rechts MG TF 115 135 160 VVC
Completed

But I also found single units for €120.00, it's worth to look around.
