The Border Patrol Holy Island run 23 June 12

List now closed.

The next Border Patrol run is on Saturday 23rd June and is starting 0930 from the Queen Elizabeth II Country Park, Ashington, NE63 9AT, driving up the Northumberland coastline and, hopefully, stopping for some lunch and a wander on Holy Island.



We will then head inland to pick up the A697, before heading south through Wooler and ending up at Heighley Gate garden centre, just outside Morpeth, close to the A1.

Really, really looking forward to catching up with some old faces ... and some old friends who I've yet to meet in person .( who may or may not have old faces too.... :lol: :lol: )

I was thinking of coming down the wooler road actually, .... which would take me right past your house on the way to the start point. ....

Due to tide times and available meal times we now need to leave the starting point by 0930 at the latest.



This means meeting at the start point for between 0900 - 0930, we will try and be there at 0900.



The reason for this is we can only get a booking for lunch at 1200 and going the scenic route, according to google maps and AA, will take upto 2 hours ish, so leaving at 10 would be cutting it too fine.



Please let everyone know and let me know if this will be a problem for anyone.
