 How about an MG clothing range for cats! (Don't worry I'm not really one of those!) Although I did just spot this: http://www.netpetshop.co.uk/p-26670-catwalk-cat-bed-cairo-plush-mini-brownbeige.aspx ... how cute is that!!!

Ooh I like "Decat" - it's quirky!
But can you rename a cat? If I'm adopting one it will probably have a name already. :frown:
Edit: Just spotted this: http://www.tranquilityalley.com/juicy_couture_dog_cat_animal_bunny_bed_crystal_pink.html ... how adorable!

The only bit of English I think I have ever seen a cat respond to was " FOOD ". So I think you could rename without to many problems, especially if its relatively young. How about "TF" you know you have always hankered after one.:tease:

Absolutely fantastic news, as for renaming; our cats for instance ours had been abandoned so they were given names by the RSPCA then we have tweaked those to suit us ie; Olivia becomes Livvy & Oscar becomes Ozzie, they wil pick it up in time.
prepare yourself for the visit to the cat shelter, ours had over 250 cats and was busting at the seams, you just want to take all of them home.
finally, dont forget the pics in pets corner.
respect :rocker:

C'mon you know me! Whatever cat I rehome I can guaruntee s/he will live a VERY pampered life!
I'm not sure how much luck I'll have in terms of choosing age though - I'm looking to rehome what they call a "flat cat" and flat cats are normally slightly older or disabled. I don't much mind about age or appearance so long as they like nights on the sofa & lots of cuddles! :cloud9:

I'm not abandoning my MG Cat clothing range! A BRG t-shirt with MG on it will do the trick nicely!

Aww I'm gonna peruse everyones cat pics in the Pets Corner to get myself in the mood!
Livvy & Ozzie are great names for a cat!
Must admit I know I'm gonna go up to the first cat I see & be like "that's the one" & then they'll show me then next one & I'll be like "no wait that's the one" & so on & so forth before Frank just pics one because I can't make my mind up! You're right we'd have them all if we could wouldn't we?
Quick cat question - I've got a list of things I need to get can anyone tell me if I'm missing anything:
- Cat bed
- Litter Tray
- Food & Drink bowls
- Cat brush & shampoo

I think that's it but it seems like such a short list. :dunno:
- Cat bed
- Litter Tray
- Food & Drink bowls
- Cat brush & shampoo
dont forget fod & drink to go in the bowls (supermarkets do proper cat milk as they are lactose intolerant)
also dont forget the litter (and air freshener phew you will need it)
get a good sctratching post (something wrapped in rope or carpet, essential to stop them clawing your furniture)
something for them to play with (ping pong balls or something on a string)
catnip (coke for cats, very funny)
do some research (loads of cat sites on line)
ERR good luck with the brush & shampoo by the way
