MG Mad has it!

And to prove the point, here is an MGF badge fitted to a friend's rubber-bumper MGB GT, perfectly proportioned!

Sorry SB the Pepper mill wheels cam in with the MG TF 85th Anniversary LE in September, 2009.

Tracy you earned yourself another slice of the pie :woohoo:

The 2010 Model TF135 was fitted with new wing mirrors. They were changed to ensure vehicle homologation compliance for sale in the EU. The mirrors are larger than the Rover 200-derived mirrors previously used on TF and MY2000 MGFs.

Tracy it's over to you.

It looks a bit like one of the long nosed racing MGB's but I can't identify it - not, as far as I know, alternative "nose jobs" for BMO 541B or DRX 255C I'll have to pass unless more clues. Sorry :coat:

Its one of the Dick Jacobs racing MG Midgets. More details available here http://www.jacobsmidget.com/index.html. Probably 770BJB originally raced by Andrew Hedges rather than 771BJB as it has square indicators while 771BJB had round indicators.

The first van is a Tempo Matador Van E, which was a joint effort between Hanomag and Tempo, and was powered by a version of the BMC B series engine, as was the MGA.

Hanomag-Henschel also built the F25 transporter, which got rebadged as the Merc 206D after Merc bought Hanomag in the mid 70s.

I'm sad to say that I think I know this: were they owned by a fictional character or am I off track completely?

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

Points to MG Mad. The first car is, of course, a Mark II MGA which was fitted with the 1622cc version of the BMC B Series engine. BMC also supplied the same engine in a lower state of tune presumably for the Tempo, later Hanomag, Matador. When the company was taken over by Mercedes it was renamed the 206 and the petrol versions continued to use the B Series although the 206D pictured used a Mercedes diesel engine.

Diesel versions of the B Series were produced for the Sherpa van.
