I don't ever recall having seen it before.
I presume it was an early design concept for a MGF GT coupe, pre-dating the MGTF based GT Concept by several years.

1. This was a design proposal from a company run by a former Director of Advanced Engineering at Rover. I don't think a car was actually built.
2. The company shares its name with part of the name of a type of public transport.
