heater control
now when i put the heater on i only get hot air when the temp control is past the 2 oclock position, anything before this and the air is barely warm, is this normal (i cant remember what it was like befor my diy)
the system has been bled with the control on full and the engine warm a number of times but no air locks are coming out just coolant. the coolant level is staying constant.

If you're getting hot air (in any of the positions) then you are likely to be fine as there is no air lock stopping the water going round the system and warming the heater matrix up.

But have another bleed of the heater loop after Christmas, just in case there is a bit of air in there.
See! Something to look forward to!
