Posted 8 years 5 months ago #168451My good lady bought me some S/Steel side grill vents for Christmas and I have just got around to fitting them.
I found a ‘how to’ guide on line, I believe it to be in the PD. Could not see one on the T Bar (dispite the wide range) specificly for the TF, sorry if I missed it.
The option I took in the guide was NOT to use a screw driver blade to lever off the vent surround but used sucker/magnum sticks. These with the masking tape did provide the extra protection to the paint work, and provided a treat to the grand kids. :broon:
The finished job on the Bean. :broon:
Sorry its upside down

Posted 8 years 5 months ago #168457Myself today, I've got angry at some lower ball joints , but then lifted myself by fitting a seat leon front splitter to my TF. Quite a simple job once you get it central. Now waiting for the bumper to be fit back on the car. ????

TF160 number two
Serious head scratch about the disappearing coolant! Previous owner had two HG and a recon head fitted by a reputable MG garage and the problem remains. I'm thinking leaking liner
TF115 New arrival
Fit modern radio, Lecky mirrors and speaker in time for my daughter's 21st.
Hmmmmmm... Planning never was my strong point
