This last week I have been rubbing down, undercoating and starting to apply the final coat of a set of multispoke 16" wheels. The idea is to swap the tyres to these, hopefully, sparkling refurbished wheels and use the original wheels for Winter tyres.

Still learning, one thing I liked about the ringer I bought was the better 4 pot brakes, So to improve mine I have ordered front and rear greenstuff pads never tried them before so see how we go, and just found the excellent how to on here about making a brake servo brace so made and fitted one.
There seems to be an improvement but only been half a mile yet.

Hi.

My good lady bought me some S/Steel side grill vents for Christmas and I have just got around to fitting them.
I found a ‘how to’ guide on line, I believe it to be in the PD. Could not see one on the T Bar (dispite the wide range) specificly for the TF, sorry if I missed it.
The option I took in the guide was NOT to use a screw driver blade to lever off the vent surround but used sucker/magnum sticks. These with the masking tape did provide the extra protection to the paint work, and provided a treat to the grand kids. :broon:

The finished job on the Bean. :broon:

Sorry its upside down

That looks good Tony

Myself today, I've got angry at some lower ball joints , but then lifted myself by fitting a seat leon front splitter to my TF. Quite a simple job once you get it central. Now waiting for the bumper to be fit back on the car. ????

Tonight, ready for heading to MG live, I hardwired my dash cam to fuse 17, fed the cabling throught the centre console and up to the t-bar. When not in use the cable end just tucks back into the lid thingy. I also added a USB hub into the USB charger feed in the cubby box in the centre console, drilled another hole in the cubby box and hid the cable for my spare phone through the centre console so I can read the dash command.... I hate seeing cables.

For WInko, I'll make a nother thread to show you what the dash command shows..

I've just pre-mot'd the F for the big day on Monday. The only issue I found was a sticking off-side handbrake activator. It's not sticking now so fingers crossed!

TF160 number one
Drop front subframe for new front mounts and lower arms

TF160 number two

Serious head scratch about the disappearing coolant! Previous owner had two HG and a recon head fitted by a reputable MG garage and the problem remains. I'm thinking leaking liner

TF115 New arrival

Fit modern radio, Lecky mirrors and speaker in time for my daughter's 21st.

Hmmmmmm... Planning never was my strong point
