Free to Good Home
The car was very kindly donated to me by Tony Dean in 2016 (i think it was) so I am offering it free to anyone who wants it on the understanding that they use it rather than break it for parts.
I live about 10 miles north of Swansea. The first person to contact me can have it free of charge. It has an MOT till late January and is driveable.
Some of the bits sorted are:-
Toyo Proxy Tyres fitted have good tread but they are at least 8 years old so probably need replacing and one brand new spare never been on.
Disc Brake Calipers and S/S Braided Lines
New slotted and grooved discs all round with Mintex pads
Double S Sports Exhaust, Cat and Downpipe (same as MGOC SuperSport I think)
4 Suspension Spheres from a low mileage
Shock absorbers, Track Rod Ends, Front Wheel Bearings alll done with the last 10000 miles
45 deg grease nipples and suspension arm bump stops
All Bushes replaced with Poly-Bushes
52mm Throttle Body
Dual Intake Air Filter Body from a 2005 MGTF
Alloy inlet manifold
Head Gasket, thermostat, cambelt and water pump done by Rough Luck Racing at 141000
Clutch Fitted by Russell at 114k miles
Clutch slave cylinder fitted at 141010
Uprated alternator adjuster
S/S coolant Pipes

Heater Snorkel from a TF
Brake Servo Bracket from Jaylad
Electric Boot Release (bit flaky)
Excellent Headlights, clear not the "Milky Types"
Osram Nightbreaker Unlimited headlight bulbs
LED Reversing light bulbs
LED Boot lamp
Two front wings, bonnet and boot lid from a 2005 TF (Nightfire Red)
Mike Satur Door Hinge Bushes
Chrome kit – door handles, bonnet latch etc.
New Hood c/w a heated glass rear screen fitte
Original MG Rover Red Tonneau Cover
New Pedal Rubbers
Freelander Indicator & Wiper Stalks.
Alloy Type Heater Controls
Interior Carpets and Door & Hood Seals from a 2005 MGTF
Rear Lamp protectors from the later model MGs
MG Rover Windstop
Rover 25 Dash Cubby
Black and Red leather seats
Red leather centre console and arm rest
Red leather gear lever and handbrake gaiters
Red leather door inserts
Sony DAB radio
Aluminium core radiator
Polished fuel cap
Door pockets (Golf GTI)
Shortened gear lever
Leather gear knob
New high level boot light
Mike Satur Black leather seat belt pads
Battery Isolator Switch
Bad bits:-
Nasty rust blister on driver's side A frame
Bad leak into boot. I thought it was due to a rust hole appearing in the boot lip but I've stuck some duck tape over that temporarily to see if it stopped it but it hasn't.
When I fitted the discs and pads, i noticed a slight nick in the left hand front braided hose. It really needs replacing. These are Goodridge hoses and I think they are too long so was going to replace them with the Mike Satur ones which I understand are a better fit.

Anyone that breaks it for parts I'd love the dashboard passenger pocket.
Hopefully you'll find someone that wants to drive it.

If I lived in the UK I'd be jumping at the chance to own it.

Although your car has been mechanically maintained to a high standard, the list of equipment indicates a level of commitment not unusual for the dedicated, the rust rashes would require attention.
A young enthusiast with enough money to get it insured would be a good target.

I will be probably drop off the t-bar forum as I haven’t been very engaged with it for some time tbh. Other things always seem to get in the way.

I live in Glanamman and will try to send you a PM with my address and contact details if I can remember how to do it.
Depending on whether you’re at the top or bottom end of Powys it might be a long or short journey for you 🤔
