hazard switch

Please can someone remind me if a TF' hazard switch should glow at night and also if it is then supposed to flash brightly when operated ?

It should flash when it's in operation, and I'm almost certain it's lit when the lights are on.

Thanks. I removed the hazard switch and found where the very tiny bulb fits. As far as I can make out it is a T3 subminiture bulb mounted on an 8mm base. I've ordered a couple from Ebay so will soon find out if that's right.

Its definitely a T3 sub miniature bulb. The centre of the switch now illuminates when the lights are on. Operating the hazard switch flashes a red light in the instrument binnacle together with both green ones. The hazard switch itself doesnt flash when it's operated.

Ive now got a couple of spare T3 bulbs if anyone's hazard light doesnt light up
