To help get rid of some of the road noise I've lined the floors, doors and wings with deadening material and a some cheap foam over the top before putting the original insulation and carpet back, i had never noticed a leak on the passenger side footwell but it has been leaking down the back of the insulation and it had gone.. funky, along with rusting up the floor
