Hi I replaced the pump on one of these earlier in the year, it's not such a hard/difficult job as you might think.
But I checked that the old pump was not working before removing and replacing it with new that was purchased from ebay £65 or thereabouts. 12 months without use would have taken its toll on the pump being sat in old useless petrol. Good luck and its not hard to replace it. Glyn.
