We did have a phone number at one point. It got turned off after I kept getting calls asking me at late hours on Friday/Saturday/Sunday night asking "which airfilter is best" or "how do I fit spark plugs" and then phoning back every time they experienced a problem. So it became a "free diagnostics helpline" rather than a business device.
