Problem is that it was JEK [John] who posted the event, being the Area Sec. for Oxfordshire MGOC who are running the event.
It was nice of him to invite T-Bar members, but it seems that he has no intention of organising us as a group so we can meet up & park together. So really he was a bit naughty posting it in the events section, instead of just posting a general invite on the forum
So I suggest that all who intend coming put their name down for attending the event & then we will have to organise a meet up point so we can go in as a group.
There is a Travelodge on the A40/A361 roundabout near the site, so this could be a possability.

OK I don't mind doing it. Will you edit the event accordingly.
Suggest a 10.00am meet up at the Travelodge - is this convenient for most?
