As soon as I saw the 'engine pose' I knew Clive was in trouble - Go girl, well done Tracy, Clive shame on you, aircon indeed, even the Porsche had its roof down :bust:

As it was, it was pouring down red hot sunshine and I was getting burnt so I put the roof up, and, ohhhh.... what is that little button? Oh, it says aircon on it. Mmmmmm, aircon. :P

What engine pose?

Ohhhhhhh. You mean this one?

What you need to understand about me is I could probably out do any of you in the top down winter stakes with just a T-shirt on.

But, I don't do heat very well.

I never had the aircon on all day that day and was happy driving along with the windows down being cooled by the breeze. But, when you stop in, what must have been mid 30s, the breeze stops and for me it was like walking on the sun.

I decided, in the interest of the MG forums, to test the airconditioning that came standard with my car and I can happily tell you all that it passed with flying colours. :broon:

And, while you are defending the Porsche driver, I think you should know that he had a baseball cap on the wrong way round.

I cannot see the problem using equipment provided to me by the great MG in the same way as you probably use your heaters.

And, most importantly, I don't give a damn. As a supporter of the HUHDCGAF crew it works in all weathers and I will use my equipment as best suits me.

Tracy. My camera will be waiting for your next pose. ;)

I had a fine selection of hats at my disposal, but none of them were as good as aircon. ;)

Nothing to live down. I would rather be poked by jealous people than laid up in bed with heatstroke. :yesnod:

Not at all. I understand that some of the lesser models don't have aircon and therefore the owners may need educating.

This is how some of them looked

I am an electrician. I am happy with either. ;)

It's also funny the lack of posts by people who, on the day, said things such as "I wish I had aircon". In fact, at least one I can think of took refuge in my car on a hot day when I was outside fixing someone elses. Me thinks the sun may have effected their memories. ;)

You might also want to have a go because I had cruise control.

Real MG drivers prefer to have sore legs and sunburn apparently. :drive:

You mean this one? Where the qualified mechanic took refuge in your aircon-cooled cabin and left you and Dan to sweat it out? Shame on him... but he didn't want to get his t-shirt dirty apparently :slapme: :spank:

Ps. I wished I'd had aircon a few times last week ;)
