My money pit is an 'f' in BRG, 1997, spent far too much on engine rebuild, clutch, cooling system etc. But I still love the thrill of driving it (him/her, flying ashtray). Reminds me of previous ages driving B's.
Anyone done a How To 0n how to raise the roof? (bottle of champagne, fancy dress......................)

Only mods. so far, are a modified T Bar, wind stop and rear speakers. Now it's back to the serious bits underneath - dampers, WaxOil, underseal and improving braking system.

Hobby- Dinghy sailing/racing (wet bottom stuff), Mirror, Scorpion and anything I can borrow. Pity I can't use the F as a tow car, use a Xantia 1.9 diesel for that,

Great to have a fellow BRG F owner on board! Same year as GS1 as well!

The Prometheus was my suggestion as it was a play on Frank's name "Frank = Frankenstein = Postmodern Prometheus" but I must admit the Greek mythological connotations are very apt as well.

Would love to see some pics of your flying ashtray when you have the time!
