The pleasure you got from making it just the way you wanted it, is exactly what the next person wants to do. They don't want your interpretation, they want to do it themselves.

You say the offers you've had are stupid, I would suggest that most people just see an expensive 9 year old car. They wouldn't even recognise the mods you've made or value them. Those that do fit in to the first category.

The perception of the F / TF by joe public is that they are simply seen as cheap fun cars to buy which can be expensive to fix. If you take it very seriously do it to keep the car. If you want to get your money back - don't spend it on mods in the first place.

I hope you do find a buyer soon prepared to pay the asking price, but going on the cars that have gone up for sale over the past 6 - 8 months you need to be lucky and have patience.

Harsh sounding but true enough I'm afraid. :pinch: Maybe you will get lucky within the timeframe that you're prepared to wait before breaking. I hope you do as it would be a shame to see her go.

Instead of breaking it Dan, why not take the mods off and sell them separately?

I agree that it may sell easier as near to standard as possible.

70% off the mods have already been taken off, unfortuantly I do not have some of the original bits and I would end up having to buy them so I can change them back.

its already had quite afew upgrades to prevent expensive fixes for the next owners

I will never get my money back as the car owes me over 4-5k, but I need to pay off the Porsche so I need as much as I am able to get for it,
