group buy spoilers M99

Well Bryan we have already completed a group buy with m99 no issues I messed up the order and they sorted straight away not sure about your personnel experience but thanks for your valued input

I will add Paul which I didnt mention before, on the last group buy the feet for my spoiler had a huge chip out of one but I contacted Dave straight away and I had replacements within a few day.

Which is why I never mentioned it as far as I was concerned that is good customer service, things do sometimes go wrong but was fixed really quickly, the chip was in the bag so done in transit...

So for those that may class me as a drama queen, if Im shouting its usually cos things have gone very very wrong

Thats a good point we hardly ever hear about the good , but hear a lot about the bad.

I am with Tracy and Paul on this sorry Bryan but...

The orders were completed on time, with no delays

Communication was excellent and any problems were sorted out instantly and with no fuss

If they can keep Tracy and I happy, who are without doubt the biggest drama queens when it comes to our cars, then that should assure all others ..
