Saw these on Preloved.

They're not for me, but don't know if they are of any use to anyone.
I'm sure someone with greater knowledge can offer words of wisdom.

How do they fit ? do they replace the metal brace under the T bar cover thingy ?

Yes.
Depending on whether you have speakers, they can get a bit fiddly but still not particularly hard

In fact that bar is different to mine as part of the replacement bar on mine bolted underneath the seatbelt reels too for extra support...
