For Sale MGTF only 12000 miles

Hi I have just been given a card from one of your members - he saw my MGTF For Sale sign outside my home and said I should advertise on your site. The MGTF is on a 54 plate only done 12135 genuine miles is metallic gold has all full service history and MOTs It is immaculate have now got a bad back and hip with arthritis and cant drive. How do I advertise my car please with you.

I popped in to see Sandra on my way home and had a quick close look around the car today and have to say it is in fantastic condition, it looks almost new. I have never seen a cleaner original TF. The car has been garaged almost all it's life and the current owner bought the car when it had just 1,700 miles on the clock. The only blemishes I could see were a few small paint blisters on the alloy wheels. The car is Calypso Gold paint code GDH.

Sandra, did tell me something which greatly saddened me and that was that she had never had the roof down in all the time she has had the car

Having folded the roof and taken a look at the mechanism I can well believe it there was not a single mark on the frame. The seats have always been protected by covers too.

If there is anyone out there after an original low mileage MGTF this could be the one for you or them, spread the word.

What's the asking price?

The asking price is £3000.

With regret I'm out unless someone writes my car off then I can get this no problem. Would it be better with some pictures?

This is a very rare colour. I would describe it as a light sandy gold, a very nice shade.

Adrian Clifford of MGF Register fame has just got back to me on just how rare the Calypso Gold MGTF 135 is ... there were only 36 produced in this colour!

When push came to shove Sandra just couldn't bear the idea of losing the TF so has decided to keep it.

She could get the softer springs option maybe to help the ride with her arthritis?
