It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

What bad weather season ;) ;)
Don't blame the weather we've had this year for getting rid :yesnod:
Family considerations I understand.
You will be joining the people carriers forum then :P
No, seriously, Ben, you know you will always be welcome here, even without your TF.

Well done. Come join us, The Hated. :broon:

Otherwise known as The Dry and Warm Year-Round Users.

Year-Round Soft Toppers are admired. But often have air con. Or lie about how enjoyable trench-foot, hypothermia, wet rot and damp upholstery actually is.

Weekend only MG users are exempted from the argument. As their cars will spend the winter in a garage. Under an electric blanket. With piped Frank Sinatra music played 24/7 to soothe them. Their cars are usually called something like Binky, Rodney or Montgomery and do 425 dry miles a year.

As are those who view hard top removal as a major undertaking on a crisp winter day.

That should be everyone annoyed....

:nonod: John.
I can only presume you have a badly fitting softtop if you imagine year-round soft toppers have trench-foot etc.
Our little chap is used 365 days a year in all weathers and remains dry and warm when driving. The top is flung back as long as it's not raining. The carpets are dry and we have no internal steaming up problems from cold start up either.:nonod:
I did have the bizarre experience of being caught driving with the top down when it started snowing. Now that was weirdly enjoyable. We did get more than a few strange looks from bystanders,
PS...and when I say little chap I mean the MGF, not anything else.

Up for sale again..

Its on Gumtree & eBay listing on Sunday night with decent reserve.

£200 takes it, I need to start making some cash and emptying the Ben Cave out... The more I sell the more chance people have of buying my car for less.... A Hardtop in summer is worthless :broon: :vulture: :vulture: :vulture: :vulture:

You're crazy - never feed Gremlins after dark - and never play Frank Sinatra music to an MG. They prefer Dino... :)

That's a great price for the hardtop - I'd buy it just to flip it on eBay for £100 more. BUT seeing as mines Funday dry use only car I've no need. To be honest I don't even know if my wipers work. Good Luck with the sale.
