(Now Sold) Toyosport Stainless Exhaust (TF)

Toyosports Stainless Steel Exhaust Back Box to fit MG TF 2002-05

I bought this second hand and fitted it to the car a couple of weeks ago, it has a lovely deep exhaust sound but a bit too loud for us compared to the standard exhaust so I have reverted back to standard.

It has had the nearside hanging bracket fully TIG welded (as per the image) which apparently is a weak point as normally there is only a spot of weld on each side and it snaps off.
The exhaust has some tarnishing due to heat in the centre section of the box apparently normal.

The exhaust is in good condition ready to fit.

Note: You have to modify the heat shield by cutting 2 slots next to the hangers as the brackets come into the rubbers from the other side; or just remove the shield.

I have seen 90 degree adapter elbows but don't know where you could get one from, otherwise you would need a TF cat or de-cat pipe which would probably cost more than the exhaust.

I found one on Mike Satur's site but it was £30 +vat + delivery, so probably not worth it all things considered.
