My new MGF 1.8 VVC, sold my other one to fund the HGF on this one, Basically its top of the range, Its has the 16" square spoke wheels with pirelli tyres which are all like new, brand new rear window fitted, mesh windstop with no holes, air con, front fog lights, 2 sets of keys and 2 x fobs, bodywork is superb in Flame red, Rear brake light, shiny like new chrome exhaust, paperwork dating back for many many years, Tracker system installed, 6 cd Original Multichanger the works! Unfortunatly the engine is knackered, it needs a new one or some serious attention so considering selling it for spares or repairs. Far too good to send dow the scrapyard and have decided (i think) to just cut my losses and let her go to someone who has the time to repair the engine, currently 83,000 miles on the clock. Its a bloody shame as i really wanted to her rise from the flames and get back on the road and i sold my previous fully working MK1 to fund the repair.

If i were to be asking around the £600 mark would that be about right? Dont forget, she had nearly every optional extra available installed when purchased and its all original with the bodywork in excellent condition.

I beg to differ on the 'Top of the range' and almost every extra possible! Its a Mk1 but has Mk2 VVC wheels on it, metallic paint/pearlescent paint was an extra £240/£315, Air Con £1200, Leather seats £800, passenger air bag £355 _ the front fog lihjts were an factory fitted extra.
