MG MGF 1.8i Volcano Orange HARD TOP & PLATE

Very good condition MGF in the rare Volcano Orange Pearl.

Black cloth interior with a few nice touches added in. Inside the car has Orange seatbelts provided by MGBelts, plasma dials in speedo and heater controls. Upgraded mk2 gear surround and door cards, including upgraded speakers and tweeters. It also has the mk2 T-Bar with the speakers in. These are connected to a very nice JVC Bluetooth head unit. The centre console and vent surrounds are colour coded to the car.

Exteriorly (is that a word?!?!), the car sports the very rare Volcano Orange Pearlescent paint. It has a trophy style rear spoiler fitted in gloss black, as well as gloss black side scoops to aid cooling and to feed the engine through the use of a ram scoop linked to a cone filter, which in turn is linked to the upgraded 52mm Throttle Body (this setup provides a much improved Throttle response, and a lovely raspy induction sound!). It has the clear front indicators, and mesh covers in the boot vents. The pictures show a front lower splitter fitted, but this has been removed due to it being broken. A replacement can be fitted for £80 if you wanted it.

Mechanically this car is perfect. The car was owned by Bristol MG Workshop for the 7 years prior to my ownership and never wanted for anything. Recent new rear caliper for MOT which expires end of April 2016. Brand new exhaust fitted 2 months ago from downpipe back. The whole vehicle has been undersealed and is suffering from no rust whatsoever. It has previously had an uprated radiator fitted by MG Workshop, and they did the Head gasket also. The Hydragas suspension was pumped up to the correct level 6 weeks ago so shouldn't need doing for a few more years. As stated previously, the car has the sought after and much improved 52mm Throttle Body fitted, as well as a ram air scoop to feed it. The car had 4 Brand New Toyo Proxies T1-R tyres fitted no more than 2000 miles ago and have loads of like left. The alloy wheels are in excellent condition.

The car has a Black hardtop with it which is in OK condition paint-wise, but does need the headlining replacing. This was bought like this with a view to doing it, but haven't got round to it! This will be sold with the car at stated price, but can be sold separately if you don't want it and I will take £200 off the price.

There is a very small split in the NSF corner of the bumper. This is largely unnoticeable and can easily be repaired by a smart repairer for around £60.

The roof is perfect with no rips or tears, and also has the MGMania heated rear screen fitted with all the associated switches and wiring - this works great. The car comes with a leather tonneau cover.

The car also has a private plate M6FAO fitted, spaced as M6F AO. This will come with the car at the stated price.

Selling because I want something quicker! At £1200 with everything it comes with, this is a cheap car!!
