A popular mod is to fit ZT door handles, there are even a couple of how to's on the subject,

Hi James . I did this to my TF last year and it is a really good and cheap way to brighten up the door card . Can't understand why MG /Rover didn't think of dipping into their parts bin to do this . That's a good price for a nice upgrade to the oval escutcheon . John.
