Jac, you may be in luck.

I have a set. I fitted them and found the stem holders to be damaged and the screw thread bits were actually sealed in with some glue/sealer.

I am currently looking for some time to cement the threads in more permanently, refit the gasket to be able to sell them. I am out all this weekend and all week. I may take them with me actually I can try to repair them in the hotel.

i'll try and get some pictures up for you.

Gary.

Whilst respecting personal taste..... Am I the only person in the world that absolutely hates these?

No John. I am with you on this, badly fitting, leaky, cheaply made and far worse than fake Brembo covers

Hmmm. My Lexus style lights have been on for years now and don't leak. The standard MG ones on the LE did though and had to be sealed with silicone sealant.

Its o.k Jan I agree with you, some colour cars and certain style types IMHO look Cack and I think the bright sniny chrome ones on red and black/charcoal cars look horrible .. but thats only my opinion

I think smoked on a darker car makes them less in your face like below
