Workshop companion: How to add our own docs in it?
I mean PDFs,
and Firefox's MAFFs files..............
Adding onwards the N° 51 file, of course....
Is there a way to create a html link to new files from the software howto window, please?.....
Cheers.

Sorry, I send my full size 2Xscreensprints, but you'll have to zoom in a bit to get them readable!!!!!!!!!

You'll need to edit the howto.db directly and add the additional records.
You'll find the howto.db in the DB subdirectory, its an Microsoft Access 2003 file, if opening in a later version of access to not upgrade the file format.
Couple of things to be aware of, The parent field defines where in the tree view the howto is listed, the file must be a PDF file and must be named in the following convention - integer.pdf , eg 51.pdf
hope that helps

No keen on MS Office,
using Open office....
May have to install "BASE" then, ..... although looking at DB files editors!!!!!!!!!!!
And not that much time to work on this............
I only saved pages in Mozilla MAFF format since years,
- is there a way to put them in PDFs format, please???
OO "WRITER" can save as *.DOC as well as *.PDF.... but I couldn't sort a right import of MAFFs in it........
I am still able to store all my howtos files on WUALA for instance, like I did for parts (screenprints) here:
http://www.wuala.com/orbx/Tutoriel/MG%20Docs/Fiches%20&%20PAs%20pièces/
........
Cheers to all__________
Anybody looking for a (large) MG flag???????
