Rear Heater switch

Hey Peeps

Sorry if this has been brought up before, I did a quick search but couldn't find the answer....

I have a rear heater switch on the way, and the obvious question is.....does it slot straight in??
Is there wiring already in the console ready to clip on to?

yes. you'll need the relay also.
later TF has a smaller relay style iirc, someone else will have to confirm that bit. :yesnod:

The wiring is already there, found it under the far right blank switch.
Not sure if it's the same position in all TFs.

And you need a relay.

An aftermarket version is only £2.50 at Rimmer .

Yes all the wiring is there just hope you got the right switch as there are 2 types 1998-2000, 2000-2005

Mine is a 2003, will the one you highlighted at Rimmers Bertl do the trick??

I read it depends on the age as to which on you can use.....

mine is 02. Works perfectly.
