window rattle

in one door the window, has a lot of excess movement sideways,seals ok but rattles when shutting door. inside the door glass appears to run up a steel guide,this seems unusal not to have a barrier between, any ideas before i get more time to work at it.

It may be that the clamps that hold the glass at the bottom have become loose.
With the window in the up position, check the nuts in the positions shown below.
The 2 circled on the left and centre are 10mm nuts
While the position on the right is part of the window regulator system.
Lower the window about a 1/3rd of the way and you should see a 10mm nut and an 8mm nut. Check these and you should now not have any rattle.
If it is still rattling you may want to check the window guides are not loose.

no every tings tightened,its really the excessive gap between the window seals?
