T Bar access denied.

Hi,
During the past week I’ve not been able to access the T Bar due apparently to my IP address being on a spam database.
After speaking to someone at SEBS IT, seemingly it’s now resolved (obviously), but for future reference are they the webmasters? I’m asking because the ‘access denied’ message suggested that if I thought it incorrect to “contact the webmaster.”


If they’re not who would I contact?
Update: it seems to happen with my home Wi-Fi enabled.

Could you go to the link below with your home WiFi enabled, and let me know what it says your IPv4 address is (4 numbers with a . between) and i'll unblock it.

Restarting your router will probably also work, you'll likely get a different IP, hopefully, one that's not on the spam lists.

109.145.58.156

I’ve also reset my router. The new IP address is
109.147.187.76

That seems to have resolved the blacklist issue.

I didn't answer the question about the webmaster.

So.. I'm the Webmaster but also run an IT company called SEBS IT, so the lines are a little blurred there.
I've added a link to my company to help with search engine discovery, should really keep the two separate but every little helps and all that.

Bet that was a confusing conversation with my help desk guys, as they know nothing about it.

Once the upcoming site improvements are done there will be a way to contact us for login issues
