1 Do not do it when the owner is looking
2 Do remove any cigarettes from your mouth
3 Remember to suck but not swallow
4 Make sure you do not choose a diesel powered vehicle
5 Do not breath over any naked flames for several days after doing the deed

You can buy a hose with a bulb pump on one end.
Put hose in tank, pump bulb a few times to start the siphon
and the flow will start.

Starting the siphon with your mouth isn't too pleasant.
