Hi being of that age I was contacted by my provider Standed life and told my pension with them was going to be X Well I had a look around and with a bit of fiddling around to as how my pension was payed I go 80% :woohoo: more so don't just take the first offer and my pension is now coming from L V :woohoo:

I did exactly the same when I decided to retire very early at 45 !!
I did however start my pension plan at the age of 16, it was a birthday gift from my Uncle, at the time I was like :bang:
Now I am :woohoo:
The idea of being dependent on anyone has always made my toes curl, in the 80's I quadrupled my investments and moved half off shore, just incase..
Best thing I ever did, considering the hit I just took selling my old house :yesnod:
