Just changed mine by going to 'Profile' then first one down 'Change profile picture' it worked ok. But before that I clicked on photo and tried it that way but it didn't work.....

Depends on which browser you are using. IE seems to struggle with the clicking on picture method

I tried with IE and Google, but, same results ...
But anyway I succeed thanks to Humphrey suggestions ....
