Next season?
Yes got more time to find,
the record is whisker over 37 secs for a single lapper and 66 for a double which Im quite a long way off but hey I never thought id get under 40 for single but time gets harder to find the quicker you go and the time with don showed me how much I still have to learn
a few of the quick boys are talking abuty join the class :nonod: so winning will be more difficult but thats the name of the gameo
Problem will be Ill be taking the car off the road pretty soon and the course shuts for the winter so rust creeps in
Took me till half the season to adjust to the car although it feels pretty second nature now
Season starts with practice sprint in march,I may do a couple of practices (did the MG car club one this year) outside the lifeline championship to get my eye in and may go for another session with "the don." before the first championship event
Plan is to get out of the starting blocks and start finding time earlier in the season :drive: which may give me a chance against the big boys if they join the class
Next year is 50 years of curborough sprint course and 75 years of shenstone car club well be having a celebration year,
The july event will be the big one and worth coming to, there will probably be a big MG theme given steves influences, still has links to the factory
Ill keep the forum posted on that :broon:
Cheers
