Best place for car electric wire was created by bensewell

Going to have a go at fixing my high level brake light by extending the wires. Where's the best place to get a pack of different colour wires for the car? I can join wires fine but all the cable I've seen so far is in a big reel and i wouldn't need that much.

eBay - you can get it in shorter lengths.

Or an old fashioned motor factors, Rose autos locally sell it in 1 metre lengths.

Something like this will be more than enough for the job.

11 amp

2.5mm dia

PLAIN COPPER 0.50MM conductor

PVC INSULATION

BS6852 part 1

i can get wire from work so ill collect some for you and post if you can cover the postage :)
its all 18awg so will be the same as the existing cable also ill chuck in some heat shrink
