Come on don't be shy, what have you done and by how much did you reduce the cost :lol: when telling SWMBO the price after she noticed and refused to believe you when you said 'that, that's always been like that' :whistle:

so far spent about £4k on HGF and engine mods...
about £2k on suspension and brake mods...
about £400 on intuction and exhaust mods...

my wife is fully aware as its her car...

have spent considerably more on running and maintaing the Lotus Excel...!

Ebay prices are never quoted with delivery, sometimes VAT is missing as well.

Although I have told my son my new alloys will be 100 less than they actually are, in order to reduce the cost of the flippin watch that is on order for his birthday :whistle:

Haha this is a great question, my other half doesnt know i own my TF, i told her its borrowed from work, i just bring a different car home every so often to keep up the illusion! lol.....never mind the new wheels, the HID kit, the Alpine Radio and under seat subwoofer! well it works both ways she has a clothes rail full of clothes that seem to reproduce with each other and i dont ask any questions....ignorance is bliss! ha

haha it really is true, i run a garage so ive always got different cars around....but the TF will never be sold, TFs are worth nothing in the motor trade so id rather keep it.....but shhhhhh dont tell the misses! ha

my car cost me £450 from fleebay and since January I have spent around £900 extra on it.. £400 of which was Head Gasket the other half knows how much I spent my mum bless her keeps saying your throwing money away hand of fist.. well maybe.. but then again she is the one that bought a X type Jag a few years back for 17K which is now worth about 2,5k and shes spent a about 2k on exhaust and abs problems.. so I think i will be the one better off lol



Freestyle and TF for Sale Mk1 work in progress, well it never stops does it lol
