have the wing mirrors got the consertinad rubber bits that sit between the mirror and the door window? like a rubber gaiter i guess...?

thinking about MK2 centre console, can someone advise what mods needed - i.e. would i need a whole new centre bit where the ashtray etc sits to accomodate the circular gear stick or does that sit on top?

t-bar - thinking about experimenting with colour...?

just the centre console bit Adam the round bit fits onto the rest of the mk1 ie the ashtray part is not effected

All you need to do is cut a bit off the fixing points at the bottom.

Yes Adam he has and will pick them up for you, and I have the m2 console as per pictures, its a nice tidy one including gear leather gaiter and circle bit :yesnod:

i would be interested in the seats jan, as mine are boogered. any idea what youre after for them? also, does the Mk1 / Mk2 bit make a difference for fitting?

Nope just four torq50 bolts per seat and a lot of swear factor. I replaced a mans from a start to finish in about an hr
