It's taken a while.....

.... but we are having Xmas abroad! Flying to Cyprus on 19 Dec, coming back 26th. Posh hotel all inclusive. Promised ourselves this for years and now finally doing it!
Warm weather by the sea and snow up in the mountains: can't wait!

We're going to Guernsey, but taking the Xantia on Condor ferries.
We have been going to daughter in laws for last 9 years, but they have 5 kids & invite friends on Xmas day who have 4 more, plus 2 cats & dogs, we need a rest
Will be taking the anoraks though

It is weird spending christmas in a hot country. It is nice, but just feels wrong, especially when you are looking at a town centre or shop window decorated for christmas and you are standing dressed in shorts. :yesnod:
