I received this pm from MartinW (Tuesday, 04 December 2012 13:25) -
Just to let you know that David aka MGFmad passed away this weekend. I know he was an active member on here until recently.
Thanks,
Martin
David sold his orange LE500 owing to ill health and was a well established member of the Mg community. I'm sure that you will all join me in passing condolences to his family and friends at this difficult time. Rest in peace my friend.

He was kind, generous, wise, and had that wonderful gift of laughing at misfortune rather than succumbing to it ...
I never did get to meet you in person David, but you were a valued online friend from our first correspondance.
You'll be a huge loss to the wider MG community, but so much moreso to your nearest and dearest loved ones, to whom my thoughts go now. :hugs:
