Psymon please remove this post if you see fit

This post is NOT aimed at anyone

I would like everyone who reads this to pause for 60 seconds after reading it and think...

27 families in America grieving for lost loved ones this xmas

Cancer patients having horrible treatment on xmas day

Kidney patients linked up to machines 24/7

Families torn apart by horrible accidents

Serving military killed in a land far away

Every single one of us has the clock ticking.. life is precious... We cant pause or rewind..

Sometimes the petiest of things can become the biggest focal point in our life and we forget to live.. we forget about the grains of sand constanly slipping away..

I would encourage EVERYONE to stop for 60 seconds.. and think about what is REALLY important in life..

:hugs:

Allan

I do this as part of my spiritaul path on a regular basis, its a shame more people don't do this and more people don't follow their own advice but then everyone is also human - shame karma is a bitch.

I also follow the mantra that if you enhance my life you can stay in it if you act in a way detrimental to my life you can get out and are dead to me.

Life is also too short to put up with people who are a negative influence on my life as you point out in the grand scheme of things life is too p[recious to take someone else's poo

Very true, Allan.
Sometimes reality comes crashing in to tell you - 'Look, get on, get happy, and get over it!'

I lost 3 very good friends last year and decided that I would only make time in my life for those I cared about and deserved my affections..

Anyone who does not, can do one, I have no interest in them or their pathetic little lives ..

I live my life to the full with those I chose to live it with, not those who think they can chose it for me ..

So true Allan, people get to hung up on petty issues and forget to look at the bigger picture. Life's way to short to worry trivial things when theres so much crap going on in the world.

If a jobs worth doing, it's worth overdoing

There is room in my life for people who don't agree with me and who I don't agree with.

I like to think a little out of the box sometimes and I think my life is richer for not just restricting my life to people I like. Some friends, new and old, started out as people I never really got on with, and it would have been easier for me to just concentrate on the people I like, and also easier for them to just ignore me.

I would hate to live in my own little bubble of people who agree with me all the time. I leave that to celebrities.

I get hurt, I get rejected, I get crap, but hey, that goes with the territory.

Sure, life is short, but I'll stick with tolerance and understanding rather than my way or the highway.

Ah that must be why some people spend all day texting another on a subject they claim they have no interest in and that is insignificant, so they can practice tolerance - thanks for the giving me clarity CJJ

Clive you are an inspiration

I guess at my old age I have just about had enough of the crap, and would like a nice peaceful life, minus the crap and without knowingly adding to it, if someone is meant to be in your life they will be, I would rather be with people who I might often disagree with, but are still lovely people and are worth my effort ..

Guess I am just fed up of wasting my time and energy , it gets very tiring

Oh I like a lively discussion or debate I just cannot abide people being nasty for the sake of nastyness in my life or those that act like vile petty queens or have two faces - its too much of an effort and bore to slap them both ;)

My spidey senses tell me that is a dig, but I'm not sure what on. Guns maybe.

You can have tolerance without losing your opinion along the way. :yesnod:

You spidey sense is off, :yesnod: it just gave me clarity to some puzzling actions I had been party too thats all

Person X - says its insignificant i am not getting involved
Person Y - Says fine don't then - bye bye
Person X - Then spends the rest of the day texting person Y on the subject with the odd vicious dig thrown in to get a rise

Obviously Person X is practicing tolerance not being hypocritical at all

CJJ if I was ahaving a dig at you I would be very aware of it, the Guns thing nope have PM'd you...
