I made 38 of them, after Kelli, James and I have had a go there are 32 left. They are not proper Cornish Pasties but my version is a great way to get my eight year old to eat veggies. They contain minced beef, zucchini, onion, swede, carrot, silver beet, celery, potato, peas, carrot and parsley

Ahhh, 16 of the remaining tasty little devils have disappeared with my wife on night shift to provide snack time for the other midwives and other staff at the local hospital.

Me mum used to make lovely pasties when I was a kid.
They had corned beef, baked beans and a tin of scotch broth soup in them!!
