This is probably a daft question seeing the number of avatars on the site with ppl drinking! :P

But, just wondered whether anyone else was taking part in the dryathlon. I've been a bit of a boozehound these last few years, and decided I needed a break, so this has come about exactly at the right time for me...

Linky: Dryathlon

I'm putting my beer money into this this month, then from now on it'll be on Roger :drive:

Apparently, according to my last email, over 30,000 people have signed up. Which is pretty cool, as if they all hit the target of £25 (which is one night out's beer money to be fair) then that's three quarters of a million quid raised...

I went into Sainsbury's last night in desperate need of some Bavaria 0.0% lager and it was all gone! And in Tescos! And in Asda... lol ... desperate times... back on the ribena...

Day 5 and counting...

Ebay + Nectar = lots of MGF points

Well done that man!

I won't join in if you don't mind: I like my Grouse nightcap tooooo much!

Over the past year or so we did the Shine Marathon London Walk for Cancer Research and raised 1500 quid: Team J &S : 26 effin miles, combined age 110, took us 13 hours: 2 mph average.
Also grew a moustache for Movember. I did too but not as ginger as Sue's.....

Also, being a bowel cancer survivor from 7 years ago I contribute monthly.

A great cause : well done.
When we meet on a run I'll buy you a pint. Better still, Why not set up a site and ask for the price of a pint in sponsorship. I'd be glad to help and I'm sure others here would too.

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..
