Pity that Ducati couldnt, make it work with Rossi there but he's hopefully got them back on the right track. Is always going to be hard to compete using a V twin engine though.

Do like yellow 748's altho Im a fan of the other italian twin manufacturer...Aprilia!!!
The Desmosedici GP bikes a 4 cylinder Vee BTW!
The Rossi/Ducati/failure saga has been the source of countless arguements on bike forums I go on!! :broon:

I was there in 1990 I think where they had Tony Pond doing a demo lap in his Metro 6R4 rallycross car...that was something to see/hear him 4 wheel drifting it round Gingerhall!!
47y/o with 3 teenage daughters (yikes!!!) engineer,car/bike fanatic,alarm /eobd programmer/fixer, ex bike racer and builder of the trickest 1off motorbikes known to man!! (oh...and general good guy!)

Owned it since early 2008 dont use it much now..130 miles in 2011 and a measly 90 miles last year :omg:
Prefer building/restoring bikes to riding them nowerdays!!
