A Plan
Just renewed my insurance for DeepBlue with A-Plan insurance.
Are they the cheapest? No.
So why do I stick with them?
Me: "While I'm on, I will be fitting a fibreglass vented bonnet this week. Will that make any difference to the premium?"
Them: "No"
Me: "Also I had a no fault claim recently, will that make any difference?"
Them: "No"
I'm positive that I could get it cheaper, but the other company would probably have my eyes out as soon as I start mentioning mods etc.

Funnily enough I did the same today.
For exactly the same reason.
They aren't the cheapest, but I have the freedom to make the car mine.

Good to hear a company taking a realistic approach to mods.
My F is a second car, so it's on a Peter Best Classic Policy, 3000 miles a year limit, garaged at night for £137 a year. It's costs more to tax the thing.

I'm with Adrian Flux, every mod declared and large agreed value, £460.00 I thought that was pretty good.
If a jobs worth doing, it's worth overdoing

I spoke to A Plan yesterday... £900 was the cheapest they could get which is about £150 more than admiral as a new policy - who are the cheapest i found for me!
