Title says it all really, was at the Killers gig in Newcastle before Christmas, which was simply incredible, and now just watching Pulse by the Floyd on youtube, got me wondering. If you could go back to any gig to be there, which one would you choose, and why??

I would go back to the Black Sabbath concert in The Cosmo, Carlisle in 1974. East of Eden were also on the bill. It was the most momentous moment of my life.
It was at that concert that a fresh-faced beautiful girl came over and chatted me up. Still together! :hugs:

Not exactly a gig but

Opening night of Cosi Fan Tutte at La Scala, Milan, November 2007.
We were there on honeymoon and we found out Mrs H was pregnant the next morning.

Back with front wheel drive and 181HP at the wheels :)

I o W 1970.
Age 14, two of us played the old 'staying at mates house' routine on each others parents and wnt to the I o W Festival, where a certain Mr J Hendrix, among others was appearing.

I was in my thirties before I owned up to me Mam!

It will be all right in the end. If it isn't all right yet, then it is not yet the end..

Better in hindsight: a bit scary at age 14!

I can't decide..it's one of either -

'The Who & Friends Put The Boot In' at Charlton Athletic in the 1976. Amazing concert with a full day line up. Can't remember exactly who was on the bill, but I do remember Little Feat, Sensational Alex Harvey Band & The Who including Loonie Moon. Drove down from Cheshire in my Mother's Spitfire.

or..........

Bowie - Serious Moonlight Tour in Paris with the lady who is now my wife. That would have been in June 83. Coach from Victoria to Paris, night in Paris hotel, concert next day them long trek back.

This isn't a dress rehearsal, this is LIFE, enjoy!!

We will all be green one day.
