I can't seem to be able to access pm via tapatalk, the option isn't there. Can it be added?

Its certainly possible. F Reg, .org and MGWW all give the option in Tapatalk.

The forum here doesn't have personal message capability, instead it relies on separate component for that. Which is why tapatalk doesn't show that option.

On the tapatalk forum itself theres been a thread running for quite a while about this very issue, which the developers have indicated its something they would like to get working
